I finally got to upgrade my laptop to Windows 8.1 and WebEx broke. I couldn’t join meetings , download recordings or play them. It was a mess, luckily I found a way to fix it.
Steps to get WebEx Working:
1. Download Firefox and install it.
2. Make Firefox your default browser for Windows 8.1
3. Install the WebEx players and tools
4. Go to your meetings.

2. Attend meetings
3. Download Recordings
Things that don’t work yet
1. Streaming a recording
